Introducing Jade the Nightmare, a fearless and captivating black alternative female vocalist hailing from Denver. This trailblazing artist fearlessly ventures into the realms of heavy metal, breaking barriers and creating a much-needed space for underrepresented voices in the genre. With her debut self-produced album, Everything's Corrupt, released in 2015, she garnered critical acclaim and media attention. Her subsequent projects, including Death Delight (2016), Evanescent (2016), and Suffer (2018), received further praise, solidifying her unique sound titled "goth hop." At the young age of 15, she signed with Unforgiven Records in 2016, and her first EP, Process of Atonement (2016), challenged hip-hop standards by fusing gothic rock with underground rap. Since then, Jade has continued to evolve her style, delving into more progressive and alternative sounds that explore topics such as occultism, spirituality, and euphoria. Her 2020 album, Psychotopia, carries the torch of this artistic journey, building upon the foundation of dark rap and alternative undertones. With her most recent solo album, Gothferatu (2021), she collaborated with esteemed producers such as Wicked Sick and Jacob Lizotte. Jade currently works independently and aspires to eventually find a complete band that can fully capture her unique music style.
